CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PRODUCTION STAFF
Personal
· Exhibit professionalism at all times
· Act honestly when performing your duties.
· Conduct yourself in public in a manner that will not reflect adversely towards Cover Your Artz.
· Be prepared for all sessions prior to their event.
· Perform at your best ability at all times
· Be prompt, efficient, respectful; and courteous in all sessions
· Behave in a manner that is a credit to the industry
· Behaviour towards clients must not be of an offensive, humiliating, demeaning, inappropriate, abusive or illegal nature.
· Respect colleagues and treat them fairly
· Maintain equipment.
· Participate in further education.
· Maintain discretion and confidentially where applicable.
· Provide feedback and input as required
Legal and business structures
· Announce to Cover Your Artz any conflict of interests.
· Maintain your sub contractor files for tax purposes
· Act in accordance to Australian and International laws
· Maintain your Cover Your Artz online listing with the most up to date information possible
· Report any incidents including misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, unsafe work practices, corruption and illegal activities for investigation immediately.
· Maintain that payments made to you within Cover Your Artz or as an independent sub contractor are of music industry standard or above.
· Adhere to all conditions of the contract without modification and deviation without prior consultation and approval from Cover Your Artz (the business).
· Take reasonable care to ensure your own health and safety are adhered to and that you don’t adversely affect the health and safety of others.
Failure to apply to the above code of conduct will result in your listing being removed from the website.
