You’re looking for someone to help you out on the road or even locally, you have a certain budget, specific dates and a list of skill sets that the potential candidate requires (For example, a sound engineer who can also manage the tour so that you can financially breakeven). 

Log into the “Post Jobs” section of the website and create your profile. Remember that this is your online profile for finding the right people for your team so it's time to sell yourself. Here you can add links, pictures, and even audio clips so that people have a better idea of with what they would be working. Be realistic about your skills, price and resume. It’s absolutely free to post a job.

Following this, it's up to you to keep your profile up to date. You can add calendar information for when you are looking for staff. When you have a vacancy, log into the site, fill in the job requirements and post the job. It’s that simple! There’s a nominal fee to be paid to be able to post jobs but you’ll find that it’s worth it.

Once your job posting has gone live, every person that fits your requirements will receive an email and may apply for the job. Once you select the most suitable candidate, they will receive a confirmation email as well as all of the gig/event/festival information you require the event successful. Once the dust has settled they can send an invoice via the website. You can even give us your feedback as to how well it all went as well as rate the service provider.
